About Muay Thai

Muay Thai Kickboxing covers a variety of aspects.

It is designed for students who may be wanting to fight competitively in the ring.

It is also designed for students male, female or junior who are looking at increasing their fitness, coordination or are on a weightloss program.

Training sessions can vary but build on a cardio workout as well as developing strength and cooordination as well as refining kickboxing skills.

This class is done with a view to students grading under BJC Kickboxing if theey wish to advance through the different coloured singlets.

Thai Kickboxing can be modified to cover a wide variety of student needs.

Elements such as respect and discipline are also reinforced in these classes.
