Welcome to Zen Do Kai Roma Phoenix Dojo located in Roma - 4hrs west of Toowoomba.

Our club first opened in May 2007.

All our instructors hold a current Blue Card "Working with Children" certification and are both Male and Female.

Some of the key areas we concentrate on are:
• Self Defense for all Ages
• Fitness
• Building Self Confidence
• Self Control
• Bag Work

Training Nights:
Monday and Wednesday

Time:
Juniors & Seniors 6:00pm to 7:00pm with Seniors continuning until 7:30pm

located in Bungil Street, Roma.
