Welcome to Zen Do Kai Kingsthorpe Spirit Dojo located in Kingsthorpe just 15 minutes west of Toowoomba.

Our club first opened in 1993 and we have a proud history in the Kingsthorpe area.

We are a small community in a semi-rural area and have all sorts of people train here with us.

All our instructors hold a current Blue Card "Working with Children" certification.

Some of the key areas we concentrate on are:
• Self Defense for all Ages
• Kata (forms)
• Weapons (Brown belt and above)

Training Nights:
Tuesday and Thursday

Time:
6:30 pm to 8:00 pm

Location:
Kingsthorpe Community Hall.
