United Dojos - Helidon

My name is Kyoshi Robert Green. Welcome to Zen Do Kai Deadlock Dojo located in Helidon.

Our club first opened many years ago, however after a long time of closure we have recently started it again with renewed interest from the community. I am currently in my 18th year of training in Zen Do Kai and hold a Prob 7th Dan Black Belt in the system.

We currently have 25+ students enrolled and training regularly, ranging in ages from as young as 5 - up to senior years.

All our instructors hold a current Blue Card "Working with Children" certification and are both Male and Female.

Some of the key areas we concentrate on are:
• Bag work - Lots of BAG WORK
• Fitness
• Effective self-defense techniques

Above all we focus on fitness and fun.

Training Nights:
Monday and Wednesday

Time:
6:00 pm to 7:30 pm
